As we usher in the 25th National Work Safety Month, Bangkai has officially launched its corresponding campaign. Centering on the theme Everyone Prioritizes Safety, Everyone Masters Emergency Response — Identify and Rectify Hidden Risks, we issue a safety initiative to all staff and make firm commitments to safety accountability.

At the launch of the campaign, the General Manager issued an open letter to all staff, conveying the original commitment to workplace safety.
Work safety is the lifeline, red line and bottom line of corporate development. We are about to face three major challenges: high temperatures and thunderstorms in summer, intensive business targets, and the transition of equipment and personnel. Even minor violations of rules and regulations could turn into potential safety hazards.
Safety stands as the digit "1", while all other achievements are merely "0s". Without the "1" of safety, all performance and accomplishments will amount to nothing. We will take risk investigation and hazard rectification as the core task of this Safety Month.

Three Major Initiatives of Safety Month
◎ Strengthen Safety Awareness
Root safety awareness deep in everyone’s mind.
Cast aside complacency and fluke mentality. Integrate safety into daily operations and job responsibilities.
Stay alert to minor hidden dangers, eliminate trivial violations and pay attention to every detail to prevent accidents at the source.
◎ Launch Full-scale Hazard Inspection
Company-wide Safety Check: All departments conduct thorough risk identification with a dedicated checklist for each post, leaving no blind spots.
Zero Tolerance for Hazards: Adopt checklist management and closed-loop inspection. Major hazards are supervised with special listings until fully resolved.
Practical Drills: Organize emergency exercises and skill contests to ensure all staff know how to respond, handle emergencies and stay safe.
◎ Implement Safety Accountability Across the Board
Everyone is a guardian of safety.
Managers take the lead: Deliver safety training, inspect on-site hazards and make safety commitments.
Teams hold the front line: Highlight safety in pre-shift meetings and share typical cases to build a solid safety defense at the frontline.
Full staff participation: Report hidden dangers actively and stop violations resolutely. Rewards will be granted to those who discover major hazards.
These three initiatives drive a fundamental shift from being required to stay safe to wanting to stay safe, knowing how to stay safe and being capable of staying safe.
Safety leaves no bystanders; everyone bears responsibility.
During this Safety Month, Bangkai will focus on identifying and rectifying hidden risks. We aim to ensure every employee prioritizes safety and masters emergency response. With solid awareness and concrete actions, we will build a firm firewall against risks and weave a tight safety responsibility network.
