Bangkai News | Refined Management, Quality‑Driven Future — Bangkai Officially Launches the 2026 "Quality Month"

2026/09/08

On September 1, Bangkai officially kicked off its 2026 "Quality Month". This year’s theme is Refined Management, Quality‑Driven Future. Over the coming month, all staff from the general manager to front‑line teams will take part in the initiative. Through practical, down‑to‑earth efforts, we will turn the slogan “Quality is the lifeblood of an enterprise” into day‑to‑day practice.

Product quality is the foundation of an enterprise’s survival. Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce market competition, customers are raising higher and higher requirements for product quality. Especially in the pharmaceutical and food sectors, the stability, reliability and system compliance of silica products have a direct bearing on customer trust and brand reputation.

As emphasized at the launch meeting: one quality incident may result in the loss of a long‑term client; the outflow of a single non‑conforming product could ruin years of hard‑earned industry reputation.

The core ethos of this year’s Quality Month can be summed up in one word — pragmatism. Taking Quality Month as an opportunity, we will steadily enhance product quality assurance capabilities, address customer‑concerned issues, improve customer satisfaction, and make solid progress toward our goal of becoming a domestic benchmark silica brand.

The Quality Month campaign puts forward four major requirements for all employees:

Refined Management: Effectively Control and Govern the Entire Process

Take "Prevention‑First, Get It Right the First Time" as an iron rule. Ensure every process is governed by standards, inspections and records, and proactively benchmark against industry leaders.

Customer‑Oriented: Align Standards with Customer Needs

Carry out operations in strict accordance with customer requirements and process specifications. Treat customer complaints and product returns as indicators for improvement, and convert customer pain points into priorities for internal control.

Innovation‑Driven: Targeted Improvement for Weak Links

Sort out critical control points and weak links, and adopt lean tools for targeted optimization. Encourage front‑line staff to make minor optimizations to equipment parameters and SOP operations.

Full‑staff Participation: Root Quality Culture in Production Teams

Quality is not a one‑man show for a single department, but a chorus performed by all employees. Team leaders shall assume primary on‑site responsibility and implement self‑inspection and mutual‑inspection. Carry out post skill competitions and reviews of quality cases, so that every operator and every workstation forms a solid line of defense for product quality — achieving zero operating violations, zero product defects, and full closure of corrective actions for identified issues.

Four Themed Weekly Arrangements for the Quality Month:

1. Awareness Improvement

Make the "Quality First" philosophy visible and ingrained for all staff. Clarify Critical Quality Points (CQP) and refine the operational specifications for relevant posts into standardized forms.

2. Risk Elimination

Eliminate potential risks from the source. We will sort out the qualifications of raw and auxiliary material suppliers and incoming inspection records, implement supplier grading and prioritized procurement of high-quality supplies. Quality managers will lead daily inspections on production and warehouse areas. All non-conforming items will be rectified and verified via CAPA reports to form a closed-loop management system.

3. Skill Improvement

Carry out skill assessments and boost practical proficiency through competitions. Quality managers and workshop supervisors will confirm CQP-related posts and jointly formulate assessment scoring forms. On-site assessment and real-time scoring will be conducted to quantify operational parameters and solidify executable operational standards.

4. Customer Satisfaction

Customer feedback is the ultimate criterion for quality evaluation. We will conduct customer satisfaction surveys, formulate targeted improvement measures for each customer feedback item and verify the implementation effect. We will review customer complaints and sort out key improvement items for the year. Meanwhile, a Quality Month speech contest will be held to share real-quality stories from daily work.

Quality improvement is an ongoing journey with no end, only new starting points. Taking the Quality Month campaign as a new opportunity, Bangkai will turn refined management into daily work habits and rigorous pragmatism into inherent work norms —

We manufacture every particle of silica with ingenuity and shape Bangkai’s brand reputation with superior quality.
